Non-psychotherapy mental health treatments have received a lot of attention in recent years as more people have begun seeking out alternative treatments for mental health issues. While some people may be hesitant to try non-psychotherapy treatments out of concern that they won’t be effective, there are a number of options available that are considered to be both effective and affordable.

  2. Another option for non-psychotherapy mental health treatments is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). CBT is a type of therapy that helps people change their thoughts and behaviors related to mental health.
