What we can do to end this stigma?
There is a lot of work to be done to reduce the stigma around mental health. We need to start by talking about mental health. We need to start by breaking down the stigma. We need to educate ourselves on what mental illness means so we are better able to understand what others are going through, so we don’t pass judgement based on our ignorance or lack of understanding about what someone else is going through just because we don’t understand what they are going through either!
